Ship log · the time trail

What shipped, dated by git.

A product's age is proven by a sequence of dates, not a claim. Every entry below is real and dated by the repositories' own commit history, across the radar, the US layer, the agents and Seiche, our open source terminal.

Honesty note: entries are summarized for readers, security specifics and internal infrastructure are deliberately omitted, and corrections appear in the log like everything else.

July 2026 · week four

20 JulHONESTThe 2026 scoreboard, corrected within days: four US banks have now failed in 2026, not two. The July microbanks, Kentland Federal S&L ($3.7M) and Small Business Bank ($73M), were replayed on their final filings, never reached the watch decile, and are published as misses by name. Every page that said both 2026 failures now says two of four, with the misses next to the hits.
20 JulSITEProcurement scaffolding ships: about, security, status, privacy and terms pages, one entity line everywhere, a quiet investor contact line, and pricing anchored in plain sight under one Bloomberg seat.
20 JulUSSR 26-2 vendor pack: the Fed, OCC and FDIC replaced SR 11-7 on April 17, 2026. The US page now describes the validation pack in the new guidance's own shape: design, limitations, lineage, pre registered gates, sealed ledger.
20 JulDEMOThe demo gate came down: demo.liquilens.in was opened to anyone, and the access code was retired. The gate was client side, and an honest security reviewer would have said so; there was nothing left to say.
20 JulLIVEThe homepage becomes a tape: a new one call pulse endpoint serves every layer's current read in about a kilobyte, and the site's top tape now prints the production board live in your browser. The states you see are fetched, not typed. If the fetch fails you get the last real print with its date, never a guess.
20 JulHONESTDay one audit, published: an independent adversarial pass over the seven live payloads found the Reg SHO short volume layer serving null with no explanation. Real cause: a cold start warm up, 56 of 60 trading days accumulated. The payload now states the warm up instead of sitting silent, and four dead citation links were repaired the same hour. 0 findings survived unfixed.
20 JulDATASeven layers in one day: bondholders, deposit migration, bond book, short pressure, market makers, leverage and the TBTF register join public signals. Backend tests went 931 to 1,145. Every threshold ships with its citation inside the payload.
20 JulHONESTTwo boards open red: India deposit migration debuts at ALARM on a 530 bps credit deposit gap, the RBI's own flagged condition, and leverage at ALARM on six markets stretched past their 95th percentile. Honest first prints, reasons served in the reading.
20 JulUSBond Book Watch: the SVB compound run per bank. Unrealized bond losses against tier one capital for 1,487 FDIC banks, joined to run risk, with a rate nowcast that wears an estimate label.
20 JulDATAShort Pressure Watch: FINRA short interest joined to run risk, and the European registers that name which fund is short which bank. The compound rule wants rising pressure on a fragile name, never a level alone, and it fired on a real print day one.
20 JulDATATBTF Register: every G SIB, India's D SIBs and Europe's sample, joined to whatever live signal fires on each name. Adversarial review corrected FSB buckets and Fed surcharges against primary sources before anything landed.
20 JulDATARails and crypto exposure: issuer level early warning for onchain dollars, and a cited register of bank crypto exposure whose compound flag fired on its first read.

July 2026 · week three

17 JulRESEARCHThis research page ships: eleven studies and method notes across LiquiLens and Seiche, negative results and corrections included. Read it →
17 JulUSFund data feed contract: point in time delivery with knowable_at stamps, revision reasons and a publication ledger, plus a full universe quarterly US score export as an immutable file set.

17 JulSITEUndertow, the cross market liquidity map, gets its own page. The site and the X account now cross link, with new failure radar banner art.
17 JulAGENTSThe Telegram desks pair up: the LiquiLens bot and the Seiche bot answer in tandem, institutions on one side, plumbing on the other.
17 JulSEICHEScuttlebutt: press attention on the plumbing itself, display only, from public news volume.
17 JulDATANews evidence receipts: flagged institutions now carry linked press receipts behind each flag. Trial, capped, display only.

16 JulRADARExposure Watch: a lender's own counterparty book, watched by the same engine that watches the market.
16 JulDATAPublic signals go standalone: a market regime detector and a per institution news watch, free public data end to end, sitting beside the scores and never inside them.
16 JulDEMOTwo data modes, labeled: the real public record versus the full product, with an honesty explainer at the door.

July 2026 · week two

15 JulRESEARCHThe paper pipeline lands: nine recent papers become seven engines, every one gated behind a pre registered study before it may touch a score.
15 JulRADARConformal alarm passes its gate and enters the watchlist tier: distribution free guarantees on the board, lift only.
15 JulRESEARCHThe monsoon study returns below bar. The scoring gate stays closed, monsoon reads as context only, and the negative result is published. Why we do this →
15 JulRADARLiquiLens goes global: the US region joins India on one platform, with an environment layer that sits beside the scores by design.
15 JulAGENTSAgent access ships: an MCP endpoint and a grounded ask the desk layer that refuses to answer beyond its sources. The banking fragility desk arrives in Telegram.
15 JulRESEARCHEurope audit: every published figure in the seven case files independently verified against primary filings. 142 checked, 3 corrected, corrections left visible.
15 JulSEICHEThe Sounding: one board readable at three depths, and the whole terminal re skinned. Directional spillover across the harbors ships the same day.
14 JulSITERepositioned: the failure radar. The /us/ layer page ships with the full validation record, the NDFI watch and the stablecoin reserve custodian map.
14 JulRADARThe Failure Radar board ships in product: watchlist quadrant on the Universe tab, the failure PD stack validated on the corpus.
14 JulSITEA copy correction, shipped as a correction: one /us/ claim we could not fully defend was replaced with the frozen weights claim and a forward sealed record commitment.
13 JulRESEARCHValidation corpus expands 36 → 48 institutions, every new dossier cited to primary filings, the tranche audit shipped with the product.
13 JulRADARMFI Risk Board: the crisis ensemble pointed at today's official lender registry, with score trajectories rather than dots.
13 JulRADARThe as published ledger gets teeth: Ed25519 signing with external timestamp anchoring over the point in time record.
13 JulSEICHESeiche goes fully open: every tab and tool free for everyone, no sign in, AGPL 3.0. The daily dispatch begins, one letter every day, each a linkable page.
13 JulSEICHEHarbors: world money markets join the board, India, China, the euro area, Japan and Korea, with Japan on daily prints.
12 JulSECURITYHardening sweep across the stack: scoped trust boundaries, container hardening, dependency audit, tenancy audit. Details deliberately not itemized here.
12 JulSEICHEThe crypto record (Wrecks) joins the free page and the PROOF tab: funding stress episodes, scored against what actually happened.
11 JulRESEARCH2025 cycle, out of sample: a second replay tranche of 11 institutions on vetted primary data, no retuning. The resolution guard ships: managed recoveries no longer re rate upward.
11 JulSEICHEReframed as a free public good: support and grants welcome, a paywall never. The plain English guide becomes an in site page.
