Terms

Terms, readable in two minutes.

These terms cover the public website, the open demo and the public API endpoints. A signed pilot or commercial agreement supersedes them.

What the outputs are

LiquiLens outputs are screening research computed from public filings and public data. They are not credit ratings, not a prediction that any institution will fail, and not investment, legal, tax or deposit placement advice. Institutions are named because their filings are public records; nothing on these pages alleges wrongdoing by anyone. Decisions you take on this material are yours.

Using the site and API

You may read, link, quote with attribution, and call the public endpoints for research and evaluation. Do not hammer the endpoints, resell raw feeds, misrepresent outputs as ratings, or present our numbers stripped of their stated limitations. Rate limits are enforced. If you want a commercial feed, ask; that is what the product is.

No warranty

The site, demo and public API are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Public data sources lag, revise and occasionally break, and the pages here say so where it matters. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability arising from use of these public surfaces is excluded; where it cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to use them, which for the public surfaces is nothing.

The boring parts

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan having jurisdiction. Changes to these terms are dated in the ship log. The operating entity is ai.de, a Udyam registered sole proprietorship, Jaipur, India. Contact: [email protected].

Drafted by the founder, who is a lawyer, and still kept deliberately short. Effective 20 July 2026.
